The organisers of the Wales Real Food and Farming Conference have announced that tickets for the event are now on sale. This year’s conference is being held on the Pencoed Campus, Bridgend College between 18 and 20 November. The event has been organised in partnership with the Food in Communities Conference which is an annual gathering of Food Partnerships from across Wales organised by Food Sense Wales. The theme this year is Communities, Food and Farming, Working Together.
There are a wide variety of sessions and presentations organised, with discussions regarding the effects of new technologies on farming and the food sector, bringing growers into schools and education institutions and the benefits of composting for producing healthy food.
