FinTech Wales has launched a new Community Academy in partnership with leading Welsh fintech employers to help young people aged 18–19 who are not in education, employment or training gain paid, hands-on experience, as well as a nationally recognised qualification.

- Placements with notable employers including Monmouthshire Building Society, Hodge Bank, Creditsafe and Final Rentals.
