Applications for the Welsh Government’s Small Grants – Environment (water) scheme have opened. The programme is open to farmer across Wales to complete capital works on their farms in order to improve water quality and help prevent the likelihood of flooding. The grant splits work of this kind into two categories, ‘Main’ Works and ‘Supportive’ Works – which form a ‘Project’ when placed together. This means there are very many options for farmers to choose the elements that work best on their farms.
